Shipping and Delivery

Should you find yourself inspired, every piece you bring home is carefully prepared and sent as it finds its way from my hands, to yours.

Each piece is prepared within 3–5 business days before being carefully packaged and shipped.
After your piece has been carefully prepared, it is sent on its way to you. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days within Australia, and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on location and postal services.
Each piece is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Once your piece leaves the studio, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey as it travels to you. Each order is carefully sent and can be viewed at every step along the way.
If your order arrives damaged, or if there are any issues with your delivery, please contact me at hello@thesemperaugusts.com as soon as possible. Include your order details and photos where relevant, and I will pursue a prompt solution.
